Shipping Policy

1. General Information: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.
2. Shipment Location: We ship both domestically and internationally. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
3. Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
4. Shipment Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days for domestic and 15-30 business days for international shipments.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Damages: We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
